Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for multifamily construction in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, develop budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in multifamily or large residential construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore or Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience managing multifamily or large residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors for alignment and execution.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance management.
• Monitor project financial performance, including cost control, change management and forecasting.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead project meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and provide regular updates.
• Collaborate with field leadership to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep timelines and budgets on track.
• Support successful project closeout, including punch lists and turnover.
