Job summary

Jobot in Milwaukee is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the coordination of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with senior project managers and field staff to ensure activities meet quality, safety, and budget requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in construction, a related degree, and proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of construction industry experience, preferably in a project assistant or coordinator role.
• Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and field staff to ensure alignment with quality, safety, and budget.
• Support project documentation, scheduling, and reporting processes.
• Identify issues early and propose practical solutions to keep projects on track.
