Job summary

Gioia Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as a liaison among internal and external project teams in Columbus, OH.

The role supports Project Management, Operations, AP, and Payroll while maintaining project records and ensuring timely document distribution. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or relevant work experience.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and multitask to meet deadlines.
• Desire to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, inclusive work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain project records throughout the course of construction.
• Manage document control, plan distribution, and project binders.
• Process RFIs and submittals and distribute project documents.
• Invoice entry, organization, and coding.
• Organize and maintain cost control logs for projects, timesheets, daily schedule, material tickets, and receipts.
• Initiate and follow up with the OUPS process.
• Ensure all timesheets are complete.
• Assemble project closeout packages (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties).
