Travel to job sites will be required across California. This on-site role emphasizes strong organization and communication to meet construction deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Association/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years construction administration or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites and travel as needed.
• Review job packs; ensure readiness for construction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and government agencies.
• Track materials, subcontractors, and expenses.
• Gather close-out documentation and submit to clients.
• Support pre-construction activities and project scheduling.
