Job summary

MGE Underground is seeking a Project Manager to lead diverse construction projects across California, from Paso Robles to regional hubs. You will oversee budgets, coordinate contractors, read blueprints, and manage schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required: 5+ years of verifiable construction experience with 2+ years in a manager role; strong knowledge of OSHA standards; proficiency in MS Office and reading plans. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable construction experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project engineers and superintendents to determine project specs.
• Plan budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates.
• Determine resources (manpower, equipment, materials) with budget constraints.
• Establish baseline schedule from the job estimate.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases.
