Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years verifiable construction experience with 2+ years in a manager role.
• Strong budget planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, specs and contracts.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, cost estimates, and schedules from start to finish.
• Coordinate contractors and professionals across disciplines.
• Plan construction operations and set baselines for timelines.
• Monitor progress, generate progress reports, and adjust as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Review contracts and provide client support on all jobs.
• Learn and utilize project management software and tools.
