Regal Restoration is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Operations Management team on commercial construction projects. The role is approximately 60% field-based and 40% office-based, collaborating with site supervisors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects organized and properly documented.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction, project coordination, or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~60% in the field, visiting construction projects as directed by Operations Management.
• Observe and document project progress, site conditions, manpower, deliveries, inspections, and outstanding work.
• Assist Management and Site Supervisors with coordination of subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and other project participants.
• Compare field conditions and ongoing work against drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.
• Identify potential issues, missing information, conflicts, or delays and communicate them promptly.
• Maintain organized site photos/videos and assist with punch lists, inspections, walkthroughs, and verification of completed work.
• Help ensure field questions and issues are communicated, assigned, and tracked through resolution; understand sequencing.
