Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration seeks an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. You will support Project Managers by reviewing subcontractor proposals, developing and executing scopes of work, and maintaining meticulous project documentation.

Your role requires coordinating multiple projects, tracking budgets, and ensuring schedules stay on target in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in commercial construction, experience with scheduling, and strong communication

Qualifications

2-5+ years of commercial construction experience (Assistant PM, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Superintendent support).
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Background in interior renovations, healthcare, education, municipal, or commercial construction preferred.
Restoration experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Review subcontractor proposals and help prepare project schedules.
Monitor budgets, profit margins, and scheduling; support change orders and billing with accuracy.
Act as a bridge between leadership, clients, subcontractors, and in-house teams, ensuring clear communication.
