VCI Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator in an office setting with wage details and a focus on reporting, planning, and data management. The role requires independent work, strong communication, and experience reading telecom diagrams and engineering drawings.

You will report to the division Project Manager, support supervisors and field staff, and manage daily deliverables, ensuring accurate status and billing information. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Competenze

• 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Permit experience required
• Valid Driver’s License
• 1–3 years relevant experience
• Able to pass background and drug screen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Tele-Communications permitting processes
• Knowledge of State, Highway Department & Municipal permitting requirements
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Proficient with Adobe Professional and Microsoft Project

Mansioni

• Read telecom system prints or prior experience reading engineering drawings
• Report production, status of jobs and billing information
• Construction Work Face Planning experience preferred
• Project Controls 1–3 years of experience on construction projects ideal
• Perform quality assurance audits on reporting
• Work independently to complete deliverables daily
• Navigate large data sets using pivot tables, sumifs, v-lookups
• Provide accurate information to colleagues
• Drive as part of job duties
• Interact effectively with team members
• Follow instructions and adapt to new skills quickly
• Possess strong organization and time management skills
• Support contractual reporting requirements quickly
