Job summary

ByVerTek LLC is seeking a highly organized Construction Coordinator to support outside plant construction projects. You will balance field work with administrative duties, ensuring accurate project data and timely progress.

The role involves coordinating with managers, subcontractors, and field personnel, visiting sites, and using Vitruvi and Microsoft Office to maintain records. A path to growth within the construction team is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years in OSP telecommunications construction or construction coordination.
• Proficient reading of construction plans and field documentation; ability to coordinate with contractors and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee ongoing construction activities with the Assistant Director of Construction.
• Liaise with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure on-time project execution.
• Monitor progress, identify scheduling/resource/quality issues, and communicate risks and actions.
• Conduct site visits to verify workmanship, safety, and compliance with requirements.
• Maintain construction documentation, permits, inspections, field reports, and photos.
• Generate and maintain project reports using Vitruvi and MS Office applications.
