Job summary

Xtreme Cubes in Henderson, NV is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role provides administrative and purchasing support to the Project Management group.

You will manage QuickBooks purchase orders, maintain filing systems, and track labor and project budgets across active jobs, ensuring timely submittals, warranty materials, and RFQs. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of administrative and/or project management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks.
• Experience with Fishbowl software desired.

Responsibilities

• Request QuickBooks purchase orders for sub-contractors.
• Maintain all QuickBooks purchase orders filing system.
• Maintain purchase order Smart Sheet weekly with the Monday reports from Accounts Payable.
• Maintain labor and budget Smart Sheet for all active projects.
• Provide all submittals for each project.
• Provide all warranty materials for each project.
• Provide RFQ’s for new projects.
• Work with Fishbowl Inventory Management and Fishbowl Time.
• Submit new vendor requests with all pertinent information.
• Support all Project Managers with any requests.
