Job summary

American Concrete Products is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide operations and customer service support functions. The role focuses on administrative support to the Project Management team and ensuring timely flow of delivery paperwork, scheduling, and ERP order maintenance.

Key duties include coordinating delivery schedules with sales and operations, entering sales orders in X3 ERP, issuing POs, managing inventory, producing invoices, and supporting load coordination with trucking

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent vocational training.
• Strong computer experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Manufacturing, engineering, mechanical and/or electrical control experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates release work with Sales, Project Managers and Operations to execute delivery schedules.
• Enter sales orders into ERP (X3), print/deliver tickets, BOLs, labels and QA paperwork.
• Create Purchase Orders and issue P.O.s to vendors to meet deadlines.
• Run daily production entry, manage inventory and cycle counts.
• Create and submit customer invoices and reconcile billing and project financials.
• Assist with contracting trucking and load/unload coordination at plant and jobsite.
• Answer internal and external calls promptly and professionally.
• Balance relationships across Sales, Operations and Project Managers.
