CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team with coordination, reporting, and order tracking across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The role involves preparing quotes, managing communications with contractors and field technicians, and ensuring timely order status updates.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Detail oriented with good math and coordination skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist project management to coordinate and communicate to meet construction schedules.
• Prepare and submit quotes and work orders; process architectural revisions.
• Communicate with contractors, customers, and field staff; provide timely status reports.
• Follow-up in writing (email) and timely phone responses.
• Coordinate orders across US, Canada, and Puerto Rico; monitor shipments.
