Job summary

Las Vegas Construction Co. seeks a highly motivated Construction Project Coordinator to join our project management team.

You will coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met, budgets are kept, and quality standards are upheld. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication as you work with team members, contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or coordination role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, contractors and clients to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate project documentation for all assigned projects.
• Assist with bidding process for new projects by reviewing proposals and providing input on cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites.
