Job summary

ARCO Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Field Coordinator to support field operations and the project team onsite in Sullivan, IN. The role collaborates with Superintendents and onsite personnel to ensure accurate documentation, up-to-date field resources, and smooth coordination between office, field teams, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable in a dynamic construction environment, and skilled with construction management software such as Procore and

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced construction field environment.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills for field operations.

Responsibilities

Support field operations by coordinating with Superintendents and onsite teams.
Onboard trades workers and manage project badges and site access.
Coordinate site logistics such as canteen, vendors, deliveries, signage, and stock.
Maintain field binder with contracts, change orders, submittals, and approvals.
Distribute drawings and field documents; ensure current versions are available.
Schedule field meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute information; capture minutes.
