Responsibilities

• Identify and remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with emphasis on subcontractors.
• Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers' submissions for cabinet resolution of issues.
• Maintain and update the company database.
• Generate customized reports and pivot tables; use VLOOKUP functionality.
• Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and close-out manuals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with external vendors and consultants on project matters.
• Handle all correspondence between the general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors.
