MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead telecom construction crews, focusing on safety, quality, and timely delivery for aerial and underground work. You will mentor teams, coordinate with customers, and drive project performance across multiple crews.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on leadership, problem-solving skills, and a strong knowledge of telecom construction operations, including coax/fiber splicing and directional drilling, with a valid driver's license.

• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software.
• You have a valid driver's license (MVR review required)
