Qualifications

• Proven ability to organize many details across projects.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Construction, countertops, cabinetry, flooring, remodeling or related industry experience preferred.
• Project coordination or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage project information to support sales.
• Assist with quoting and showroom coverage as needed.
• Review quotes, measurements, drawings, and customer specifications for accuracy.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives and team members.
• Assist customers with product questions and project updates.
• Track progress and identify missing information or delays.
• Ensure all documentation, approvals and details are collected prior to handoff.
• Prepare projects for transition to Operations for execution and issue resolution.
• Maintain records within company systems and project tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
