  • Review quotes, selections, measurements, drawings, and customer specifications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives and other team members.
  • Assist customers with product questions, and project updates.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify missing information or potential delays.
  • Ensure all required documentation, approvals, and details are collected prior to project handoff.
  • Prepare projects for transition to Operations for advanced execution and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records within company systems and project tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
