Job summary

Clayton Home Building Group is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support field construction, permitting, and service coordination. The role reports to the Home Center General Manager and focuses on timely project completion and world-class service.

Responsibilities include managing contractor paperwork, permits, and customer communications while supporting audits and team participation. An inclusive, team-oriented environment with comprehensive benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes and customer relations.
• Ability to learn company software and operate retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes all bill-backs with factories and related paperwork.
• Processes contractor bills and maintains customer files.
• Assists in obtaining permits and coordinates service calls.
• Schedules set-up, delivery and other service items with contractors and customers.
• Maintains Net Promoter Score through customer service excellence.
• Supports audits and participates in meetings and events.
