Educated Solutions Corp in Wisconsin is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support a Project Management team, create RFPs/bids, and manage proposals using MS Excel. The role may involve field reviews and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

The position offers a generous salary, full benefits, company paid 401-K, and PTO, with hours 8:00am-4:30pm Monday - Friday at the Hales Corners, WI office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting a Construction Project Management team creating and organizing RFPs, bids, and proposals.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office Suite for bid comparisons and proposals.
• Experience maintaining project calendars and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain price quotes and manage purchases and deliveries.
• Experience processing invoices and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Organize contracts, permits, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Maintain project calendars, milestones, and ensure alignment with timeline.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, field teams, vendors and subcontractors.
• Obtain price quotes, process purchase orders, and track materials or equipment deliveries.
• Review invoices and budgets; prepare routine status reports.
