Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of construction-related experience.
• 3-5 years of construction-related experience.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Bilingual with Spanish and English is preferred.
• LEED AP or other green building certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction: assist with planning, budget alignment, and site logistics.
• Field oversight: supervise field staff and subcontractors; review weekly plans.
• Project collaboration: coordinate with Superintendent and PM team on procurement and RFIs.
• Schedule & budget: monitor costs; adjust schedule to stay within budget.
• Quality & compliance: ensure QC plans and safety programs are followed.
