Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in York, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong math skills and an interest in construction, logistics, or production coordination. You’ll support Department of Transportation (DOT) projects by helping to manage customer communication, project schedules, and fabrication shop coordination.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with customers on construction timelines and contact information
• Translate DOT bar schedules into shop production format
• Enter and manage orders in the system with assigned numbers and delivery dates
• Work with the shop team on special needs, bend types, and delivery logistics
• Maintain and distribute logs with release numbers, weights, and job info
• Follow up with job site contacts on construction and delivery schedules
• Address and help resolve daily issues related to fabrication, delivery, or back charges
• Provide support to outside detailers as needed

What You Bring:

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Good basic math ability and comfort working with numbers
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency with computers and general office software
• Team player attitude and a customer-service mindset
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Familiarity with Shear 97 or aSa software
• Basic understanding of construction blueprints
