Job description

Accuray EIMEA is searching for a Drafter/Project Coordinator based in India, preferably office-based at our Gurgaon location.

The main responsibility is to organize and execute drafting activities for the region, producing layouts (using AutoCAD or equivalent software) demonstrating our radiotherapy systems implementation at customer premises.

Additionally, the role involves handling various coordination tasks for the EIMEA Project Team, such as maintaining drawing templates and interacting with the global project management team.

Reporting To / Department:

Senior Director Project Management & Revenue - EIMEA (Strong Line)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review and verify incoming customer drawings.
2. Draft and update preliminary and full set drawings using AutoCAD (80% of the time).
3. Produce 3D models for rendering images and animations (occasionally).
4. Assist in tracking, maintaining, and updating documents supporting site planning and project management activities.
5. Support Project Managers with radioprotection drawings.
6. Support quality processes for site planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Good technical/scientific background (BS degree or equivalent work experience).
• Young graduate or a few years of experience, ideally in architectural or project design roles (medical project experience is a plus).
• Excellent AutoCAD skills.
• Good skills in 3D software for modeling and rendering (Google SketchUp is a plus).
• Proficiency with Excel and other mainstream office software packages.
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering/construction works is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual/presentation communication skills, along with teamwork capabilities.
• Autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments are critical.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
