Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative and Project Coordinator to support our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will manage essential administrative tasks, facilitate communication between departments, and enhance operational efficiency in engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize project files, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
  • Assist in tracking project milestones and generating reports (Collecting time sheets for the team monthly etc)
  • Support data entry, record-keeping, and financial reporting for engineering projects
  • Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including scheduling, documentation, and communication management.
  • Handle procurement processes for engineering materials for customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
