Job summary

Stewart Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager through all phases of a construction project. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and attention to detail in a plumbing/HVAC environment.

You will handle project setup, submittals, closeouts, and coordination of as-builts, procurement, and document control while ensuring permits and licenses are secured as required. Proficiency with PM software and MS Office is desirable.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with a construction company or plumbing/HVAC is required.
• Ability to assist Project Manager through all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with Project Setup.
• Support Project Submittals and Project Closeouts.
• Coordinate as-builts and procurement/PO processes.
• Manage project documents and permits as required.
• Assist PM with miscellaneous project tasks as needed.
