Job summary

ARCOR Mechanical Systems, LLC is seeking a motivated project coordinator to support the Project Management team in the plumbing and mechanical industry. You will work directly with the Project Managers, handle daily project operations, coordinate administrative tasks, obtain quotes, assist with billing, and help ensure projects run efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of related post-secondary education and/or work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to manage documents and reports.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Documentation management of submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and contracts.
• Scheduling and coordination of material deliveries and subcontractor activities.
• Financial tracking through invoices, job cost entries, and progress billing support.
• Site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality with progress photos.
• Facilitate weekly coordination meetings and maintain clear communication among teams.
• Prepare Operations and Maintenance manuals and assist closeout activities.
