Job summary

Stewart Companies is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality requirements while maintaining client satisfaction.

You will be the main client contact, review subcontracts, prepare schedules using Microsoft Project, manage change orders, generate monthly profit and status reports, and coordinate with field teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience with building construction projects preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiar with Sage Timberline Project Management Software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact during pre-construction and construction.
• Review and approve subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Prepare and update project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Handle change orders from Owner and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly gross profit and status reports.
• Lead client and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Coordinate with field superintendent on site activities.
• Maintain logs for progress meetings.
• Prepare client invoices.
• Review subcontractor payment applications.
• Prepare monthly project reports per client requirements.
