CSG/Zalk Josephs is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project execution across jobsite and administrative functions. You will work with the Project Manager and Finance to maintain documentation, financial administration, compliance, and tracking, helping to move projects forward and grow into project management or job cost accounting roles.

The role emphasizes coordinating between project teams, subcontractors, and finance, with a focus on schedules, RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking.

Competenze

• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Associate degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with construction ERP or project management software.
• Familiarity with Textura, GCPay, LCP Tracker, Smartsheet preferred.
• Experience in project financial administration, cost tracking, or billing is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction documentation such as schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Support Project Manager in execution, administration, startup, and closeout of projects.
• Coordinate communication among project teams, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and finance partners.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance records.
• Track and follow up on project deliverables to ensure deadlines.
• Assist with reporting, budgeting, and schedule management.
• Support safety, quality, and field reporting requirements and keep project records organized.
• Communicate project status and financial updates to PM and Finance.
• Perform special projects as needed.
