Job summary

41 North Contractors is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support construction projects in Arizona. You will coordinate with architects, owners reps, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and safety.

Responsibilities include tracking schedules and budgets, managing submittals, and maintaining thorough project documentation to support transparency and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CE, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing project plans, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; report status to project managers.
• Support quality control and safety compliance through site inspections and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including change orders and meeting notes.
