Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative role within architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Working knowledge of the design and construction process.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support design project teams with day‑to‑day coordination and administrative tasks.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely updates.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes documentation.
