Job summary

41 North Contractors, L.L.C. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support construction projects from inception through completion in the Arizona region. You will coordinate technical aspects, ensure design compliance, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role involves managing schedules, budgets, and resources, with emphasis on proactive problem-solving, safety, and quality. Experience with PM processes and Procore is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CE, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Familiar with submittals, RFIs, insurance requirements and filing liens.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing project plans, specs, and technical docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress by tracking schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; report to PMs.
• Support quality control and safety compliance with site inspections.
• Maintain project documentation including change orders, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
