Job summary

You will work with seasoned project leaders, Superintendents, Architects, and subcontractors from start to closeout, managing documentation, financials, and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent construction experience may be considered.
• Experience in commercial construction or project coordination preferred.
• Understanding of construction documents, submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and financials.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Procore; familiarity with Bluebeam, BuildR, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist with submittals, RFIs, action items, and project docs in Procore.
• Support project buyout with Preconstruction and Operations teams.
• Coordinate Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and minutes.
• Help with change events, budgets, billings, forecasting, and pay apps.
• Track cost impacts and keep financial/contract data current.
• Maintain permits, inspections, and regulatory approvals.
• Identify risks, errors, omissions, and liability concerns.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
