The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Team, helps prepare bid packages and estimates, and coordinates preconstruction activities with subcontractors and vendors. Responsibilities include assisting with budgets, master schedules, and milestone timelines while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience with related project management or equivalent.
• Degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success with measurable achievements and leadership roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the project.
• Scheduling proficiency in preconstruction and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Assists with managing construction projects through construction process and close.
• Assists with planning, designing, executing, and closing each project.
• Provides support for Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.
• Assists with maintaining positive client relationships.
• Coordinates preconstruction stages and plan distribution to subcontractors.
• Assists with preparing budgets and estimates for design stages.
