Job summary

Cirks Construction Inc. (CCI), dba KDC Construction, is seeking a Project Manager - Special Projects to lead complex projects from proposal through field hand‑off. You will manage budgets, resources, and schedules while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

The role requires 2–5 years of PM experience in building trades, strong communication, and the ability to read plans. Flexible scheduling and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of General Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Kitchen Equipment, and HVAC/Refrigeration in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all special projects, repair requests, and scope walks requested by customers.
• Lead preconstruction activities including site surveys, subcontractor selection, and client proposals.
• Develop budgets and allocate resources; plan and designate project resources and progress.
• Coordinate permits and ensure timely subcontract and vendor documentation.
• Maintain positive long‑term client relationships and provide regular profitability reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance with the Health, Safety, and Environmental program.
