Job summary

Cirks Construction Inc. (CCI), dba KDC Construction, is seeking a Project Manager for Special Projects who will handle sales, pricing, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projects. You will develop budgets, designate resources, and direct progress, ensuring client needs and KPI adherence.

The role requires coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and vendors, while mentoring field teams and maintaining strong relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in General Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Kitchen Equipment, and HVAC/Refrigeration commercial construction trades.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication with all levels of the project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all special projects, repair requests, and scope walks.
• Manage projects from client contact through hand-off to field teams and close.
• Maintain customer priority matrix and service level requirements.
• Mentor field resources, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Lead preconstruction: site surveys, subcontractor selection, budgets, proposals.
