Job summary

Cirks Construction Inc. (CCI), dba KDC Construction, is seeking a Project Manager - Special Projects to lead complex assignments from proposal through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontractors while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related PM experience in commercial building trades, strong communication skills, and experience with Preconstruction, MS Project,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related project management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of General Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Kitchen Equipment, HVAC/Refrigeration trades.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all project levels.
• Preconstruction process experience including site surveys, subcontractor selection, and budgets.
• Experience with scheduling, purchasing, estimating, and managing personnel and vendors.
• Ability to adapt to changes and communicate effectively under pressure.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee special projects, repair requests, and scope walks from customers.
• Lead projects from initial client contact through hand-off to field teams and close-out.
• Ensure compliance with customer priority matrices and service levels.
• Mentor field resources, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop budgets and allocate resources; monitor progress.
• Coordinate permits and ensure timely subcontract and change orders.
• Produce weekly client update reports and track timesheets for on-site personnel.
