Job summary

Cirks Construction Inc. (CCI), dba KDC Construction, is seeking a Project Manager for Special Projects in Orange, CA. The role oversees projects from client contact through field hand-off, coordinating with teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet KPIs and budget targets.

Responsibilities include site surveys, preconstruction work, pricing, and ensuring timely progress updates. The position requires 2-5 years’ PM experience, strong communication, and ability to read plans; flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reading and understanding plans and specifications.
• Scheduling, purchasing, estimating, managing personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Able to adapt to changes and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all special projects and scope changes.
• Lead preconstruction activities including site surveys and client proposals.
• Maintain budgets and designate project resources.
• Coordinate permits and subcontractor/ vendor communications.
• Ensure timely reports and updates to clients and management.
• Uphold safety requirements and company health, safety, and environmental program.
