Job summary

Cirks Construction Inc. (CCI), dba KDC Construction, seeks a Project Manager to lead large-scale grocery/retail/restaurant projects from concept through closeout. You will coordinate resources, develop budgets, and guide the project team to deliver on scope and client commitments.

The role requires strong communication with field management, executives, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Proven leadership, safety adherence, and a track record of successful project delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related project management experience.
• Degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success with measurable achievements and leadership roles.
• Preconstruction experience including site surveys, subcontractor selection, and client proposals.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the project scope, team, resources, and overall project success.
• Oversees planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects.
• Mentor assigned Assistant Project Managers and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Develop budgets and estimates for design stages; manage timelines and milestones.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors; maintain positive client relationships.
