Job summary

Professional Placement Services is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator in Mentor, OH to support the Project Manager with administrative and technical duties, including contract administration, submittals, purchasing, cost coding and closeout.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator or Project Manager Assistant, strong MS Office 365 and Procore skills, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Commercial Construction Project Coordinator or Project Manager Assistant.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and Procore or similar software.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in contract administration, change orders, submittals, purchasing, cost coding and closeout.
• Provide detailed reporting to track schedules, changes in construction, materials, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Log and track subcontractor insurance certificates, W9 forms, pay applications, lien waivers and submittals.
