PPS-HPS is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager in Mentor, Ohio, to join our family-focused general contractor. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore project management software or similar software is required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and plan with project superintendent on schedule, weekly reports, and subcontractors as well as all construction operations to ensure deadlines will be met
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and work with the project manager assistant to reach profitable agreements and prepare subcontract agreements, material purchase orders and change orders
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore project management software or similar software is required
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

• Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
