This role requires sharp organization, clear communication, and a practical understanding of budgeting and procurement. You will work closely with the Construction Manager(s) to maintain schedules and track progress from blueprint to inspection.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communication hub for each project, ensuring clarity across teams and vendors.
• Organize and schedule project meetings, creating agendas and distributing meeting minutes.
• Track construction documents, engineering reports, submittals, and inspections to ensure the project’s progress is up to date and well-documented.
• Manage the procurement process, liaising with vendors on materials, samples, orders, and deliveries.
• Keep a close eye on project costs and invoices, reviewing them weekly for accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Construction Manager(s) on change orders, estimate updates, and construction schedules.
• Prepare project reports for both internal teams and external stakeholders, giving everyone a clear view of the progress being made.
