Job summary

S&L Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support Operations and Project Management teams. In this role, you'll keep projects organized by maintaining production reporting, project documentation, and smooth communication between field and office.

Located in Wyoming, you will review field reports in B2W Track, verify labor and equipment, generate reports, assist with setup and closeout, and coordinate with field personnel and office staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Construction Management or Business preferred.
• 1–3 years of construction administration, project support, or field operations experience preferred.
• Experience with B2W Track or similar construction software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter daily field production reports into B2W Track.
• Verify labor, equipment, and production quantities are accurate.
• Follow up with field personnel on missing or incomplete reports.
• Generate production reports and maintain project documentation.
• Assist with project setup, closeout, and operational reporting.
• Support Project Managers and the Director of Operations with project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate communication between field personnel and office staff.
