Job summary

Upchurch Industrial LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to provide administrative, scheduling, documentation, and communication support to Project Managers. You will help ensure service projects run efficiently, accurately, and profitably from turnover to closeout.

The role supports coordination across field teams, vendors, and customers, with emphasis on accurate records, timely updates, and adherence to standard processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in service operations or project coordination.
• Proficiency with ERP/project management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project kickoff, setup, and system entry.
• Maintain accurate project records, notes, and documentation throughout execution.
• Coordinate schedules with superintendents, field supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and distribute meeting notes, schedules, and progress updates; serve as a point of contact.
• Assist with billing preparation, backup documentation, and closeout activities.
