Shook Construction seeks a dedicated on-site Project Dedicated Project Support Specialist to assist the project team through startup, execution, and closeout. You will coordinate contract administration, maintain records, and support project controls while working with PMs, engineers, superintendents, and field staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Two+ years of construction or project support experience.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support startup, execution, and closeout activities to ensure project success.
• Coordinate contract administration, compliance tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain organized project records and document control throughout lifecycle.
• Attend project meetings in an administrative capacity and distribute notes.
• Enter weekly field payroll information as directed.
• Provide timely reporting and communication to project teams.
