Suffolk Construction is seeking a Project Controller to collaborate with Project Managers, Executives and Superintendents on all facets of project accounting and administration. The Project Controller will handle requisitions, invoicing, change orders, and cost transfers while supporting forecasts and CCIP administration in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• CCIP/OCIP project administration experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly owner requisitions.
• Review and approve subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices.
• Manage subcontractor compliance with contract terms (insurance, bonds, waivers, CCIP enrollment, billing procedures).
• Assist Project Management in monthly project forecast including validation of the projected fee and percent complete forecast.
• Process subcontractor and owner change orders in Oracle.
• Process labor and AP job cost transfers.
• Monitor the cash position of the project and complete the monthly cash position analysis; prepare project cash forecasts.
• Assist the Corporate Risk Manager in the administration of CCIP.
