Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly owner requisitions.
• Review and approval of subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices.
• Managing subcontractor compliance with contract terms (insurance, bonds, waivers, CCIP enrollment, billing).
• Assist Project Management in monthly project forecast and validation of fee and percent complete.
• Process subcontractor and owner change orders in Oracle.
• Process labor and AP job cost transfers.
• Monitor cash position and complete monthly cash position analysis; prepare project cash forecasts.
• Assist Corporate Risk Manager in CCIP administration.
