Job summary

• Prepare monthly owner requisitions.
• Review subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices.
• Manage subcontractor compliance with contract terms.
• Assist Project Management in monthly project forecast.
• Process subcontractor and owner change orders in Oracle.
• Monitor the cash position of the project.
• Prepare project cash forecasts.
