Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction accounting or a related field.
• Familiarity with CCIP/OCIP project administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and approve subcontractor invoices and vendor requisitions.
• Support project teams in preparing monthly owner requisitions.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to contractual obligations.
• Collaborate on monthly project forecasts.
• Process change orders for subcontractors and owners.
• Manage labor and accounts payable job cost transfers.
• Monitor cash flow at the project level.
• Provide accounting and administrative support to the Controller.
