Qualifications

Familiarity with CCIP/OCIP project administration is a plus.
Responsibilities
Oversee and approve subcontractor invoices and vendor requisitions.
Support project teams in preparing monthly owner requisitions.
Ensure subcontractors adhere to contractual obligations.
Collaborate on monthly project forecasts.
Process change orders for subcontractors and owners.
Manage labor and accounts payable job cost transfers.
Monitor cash flow at the project level.
Provide accounting and administrative support to the Controller.
