You will handle AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, month-end activities, and budgeting support, contributing to reliable financial reporting and operational success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or project-based industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related reporting
• Track project-related expenses and job costs
• Support month-end close and financial reporting activities
• Work closely with project managers and leadership on budgeting and expense tracking
• Organize financial records and assist with audit and tax preparation
